Type:

  • The electronic milk thermostat ensures a constant milk temperature. It is continuously variable.
  • The LISTER-milk agitator supports even the slightest amount of milk and guarantees gentle treatment of the milk.
  • The agitator motor is vacuum-proof, protected by winding thermostat and ball bearings.
  • LISTER-immersion coolers are supplied as standard with a digital temperature display.
  • A clock technology prevents the creaming of the milk.
  • Retrofitting a heat recovery system is possible.
  • Immersion coolers with cylindrical evaporator are also available in compact design with heat recovery.
  • The refrigerant R 134a is used.

Lister sets new standards in modern milk cooling technology

Type:

  • All LISTER-immersion coolers are fitted as standard with a digital temperature display.
  • The electronic milk thermostat ensures a constant milk temperature. It is continuously variable.
  • A clock technology prevents the creaming of the milk.
  • The very slow speed agitator (48 U / min) ensures a very gentle milk treatment (no churning appearance and no foaming).
  • No ice accumulation at 4 ° C milk temperature and 5 ° C ambient temperature.
  • All parts in contact with milk are made of stainless steel (1.4301). The welds are made clean and smooth.
  • Retrofitting a heat recovery system is possible.
  • Immersion coolers with roll wend-evaporator are also available in compact design with heat recovery.
  • Use it even with small amounts of milk.
  • The refrigerant R 134a is used.
